Template:Arbitration motion implementation notes/Motion/Automatic/doc

This is an experimental version of Template:ARCAImplNotes/Motion that automatically detects new votes as they are added. It uses the same parameters for the most part. However, support=, oppose=, and abstain= can be left blank for automatic detection. It assumes the page is ARCA. If not, use page=ARC, page=ARM, or page=full title.
