Azhar Iqubal (born 18 January 1992) is an Indian entrepreneur and the co-founder & CEO of inShorts, a content distribution company. He founded the company along with Deepit Purkayastha and Anunay Arunav.[1] He has also appeared on Shark Tank India since 2024.[2][3] Iqubal's net worth is estimated to be around ₹500 crore as of March 2024.[4][better source needed]
Personal life
Azhar Iqubal was born into a Muslim family[5] in Kishanganj, Bihar, India, and brought up in New Delhi.[6] He completed his schooling at a private school, and after schooling, began to prepare for the IIT JEE. In 2009, he passed the IIT JEE and was admitted into IIT Delhi to study BTech (Computer Science), but dropped out before completion.[1][7]
