Colocasia with lamb (Turkish: Kolokas yemeği) is a Middle Eastern dish, also common across Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.[1] Ingredients include kolokas (taro), lamb chunks, onion, lemon juice, flour, butter, salt.[2]
