Spectravert is a free and open-source, cross-platform video transcoder app. The app is very simple to use and runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Spectravert is written in Electron/React and uses FFMpeg at its core. It doesn't have as many features as some other converter apps, but it's extremely simple to use.
