Multilingual Books

Right now it doesn't seem like it is possible to add pages in different languages to a single book. Starting a book in a given language and switching to an article in a different language, the book toolbox disappear. A new book can be started, but it will only collect pages in the new language.

Opening book creator while in an article I want to add

If you use the browser "Go back one page" arrows after you have enabled the book creator too, the book creator does not stay enabled!
