Aaron Verzosa is a James Beard Award finalist and Filipino American chef and co-owner of Archipelago in Seattle.[1] Verzosa was featured in Phaidon's "Today's Special: 100 Emerging Chefs Around The World" nominated by Chef Marcus Samuelson.[2]
