BE Residences originated from the group that built the successes of the only Filipino-owned cement manufacturer, Mabuhay Filcement Inc.,[1] and the global furniture brand, Berben Wood. Over the years, the group established a strong presence in international relation and extended its reach into the hospitality industry in 2008 introducing BE Hotels and Resorts: BE Resort, Mactan, and BE Grand Resort.
