History
Rabbit was founded by Jesse Lyu in 2021 as Cyber Manufacture Company, creating the GAMA NFT. Lyu previously founded Raven Tech.
The company raised $30 million in 2023.[3][4] This money went towards developing a "new device to eventually replace phones".[5][6]
The company showcased their first product, rabbit r1, on January 9, 2024, and quickly sold out initial batches.[7][8] The r1 is a device similar to Humane's Ai Pin. It uses artificial intelligence to complete tasks on the user's behalf using what rabbit refers to as a large action model (LAM).
The headquarters is located in Los Angeles, California.[9]
