Suryapal Singh (born July 1986), is an indian screenwriter, dialogue writer and lyricist. His first released film was 'Turtle (film)' (2018), 'Turtle' went on to win the National Award for being the Best Rajasthani Film in the year 2019.[1] Suryapal Singh's second feature film was 'Waah Zindagi' (2021),[2] and the third feature film was 'The Kerala Story'(2023).[3][4][5][6]

Early life
Suryapal Singh is from Dhar, Madhya Pradesh and is an alumnus of the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India(FTII), Pune, where he learnt sceenwriting. He came to Mumbai in the year 2012 and worked as a writer for Star TV's youth channel Channel [V] for four years. He then quit his job and started doing freelance script writing.[2][7][8]
