Seems to fail WP:NBOOK. Doesn't have sources, with only a review from a website and an Amazon.com page as external links. Kirbanzo (talk) 14:45, 8 May 2018 (UTC)

Delete:Fails WP:NB. No signs of notability. Got one page on Amazon and one on goodreads (which is also owned by Amazon). The link to the review is not working in my region or country maybe. Error code 404. Harsh Rathod Poke me! 17:56, 9 May 2018 (UTC)- Keep. I had no problems adding citations to six good sources: bylined reviews from Los Angeles Times,[1] The Christian Science Monitor,[2] and The Washington Post,[3] as well as several {{cite book}}s.[4][5][6] The article more than meets

Fast's protagonists in Redemption (1999) were drawn directly from his own recent experience. Ike Goldman, a widower and retired university professor, is like Fast a leftist veteran of earlier political wars; and Elizabeth (Liz) Hopper, thirty years Ike's junior, is like Mimi a depressed and abused former wife, who though a deeply religious, conventraised Catholic, contemplates suicide. Liz is talked out of jumping off a bridge by Ike, and both are "redeemed" by their new love. The novel, one ...

He talks Elizabeth out of her desperate act and, in the weeks that follow, finds himself falling in love with her. The two are planning to wed, when Elizabeth's ex-husband is found dead in suspicious circumstances, making her a suspect. Goldman does all he can to aid in her defense, but as the evidence against her mounts, his own doubts about her innocence increase. "The story moves ...
- Keep. Works by bestselling authors such as Howard Fast, whose name alone is sufficient to sell a book, are usually considered notable by their own accord but, thanks to well-researched references provided by Sam Sailor, Redemption's notability is unquestionable. Mr. @Sam Sailor: Why don't you do this awesome job to other articles, too, which are nominated for deletion? Maybe I didn't search properly enough. Harsh Rathod Poke me! 18:00, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
