Unencyclopedic - No date, no source for numbers, unclear who is "professional" personnel vs. unprofessional - I would assert that some countries listed without professionals (like the USA) is inaccurate but impossible to tell. This image is in violation of copyright laws, as well as Wikipedia Non-Free Content Criteria, clauses 10 (Image description page), 8 (Contextual significance) and 4 (Previous publication) because:

This image, per confession of its source, is a stolen (synonyms: Leaked, compromised, pirated, etc.) intellectual property of the author which is intentionally kept secret. Use of this image cannot be justified by fair use defense, since this preliminary screenshot has the potential to alter the perception of customers of the software product upon release. (By then, it might be significantly different.)
According to NFCC 10, a valid fair-use rationale is required but no valid rationale is provided. The current rationale reads: "The [sic] give the reader a graphic demonstration of the product"! But why should one do so? For identification? Why would someone need to identify something that is not yet available to him?
According to NFCC 8, non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding. Purely decorative images are not appropriate. This image is purely decorative and its removal is not detrimental at all. (So much for stealing a digital image for decoration.)
According to NFCC 4, the uploaded image must be previously published. This one is stolen, not published.

Delete I only propose deletion as the image is far too small to see any details in it. As for your concerns about the company not wanting others to see it yet, who cares? If they didn't want it to be leaked, then they should have locked it up better. Delete. This isn't WikiLeaks. Besides, you won't get a feel for Windows 8's skin by looking at a screenshot that uses the Windows 7 Basic Theme. Non-free photograph of an incident in which a student had pasted a message made of cardboard letters on the outer wall of his school. FUR claims the image is necessary for the reader to understand and judge the incident, but it clearly isn't: the nature of the sign (its material, its size, its position on the wall, the nature of the wall itself) could easily be described in words alone. In fact, a verbal description could easily be more informative, not less informative, than this image (e.g. the image doesn't really tell me how big the letters were, what material they were made of, how high above the ground they were, how securely they were attached to the wall, how the student managed to get them up there – i.e. all the really important bits. A verbal description could easily cover all of this.) Just on a side note, the incident itself is utterly trivial and of extremely dubious encylcopedic value (WP:NOTNEWS), but that's not the main reason for this deletion. Strong delete—the article currently reads, "The students had taped a message of 12-inch high cardboard letters above the school's entrance," and this seems perfectly adequate to me (NFCC1). Delete The words provide what is essential and are unambiguous. The picture by the way is mildly distracting since the 12-inch high letters look rather small on that picture, and lacking a reference point such as someone standing next to them, the picture appears misleading. Uncertain topic (generic filename, no description), was never placed into any article by uploader. Someone could probably figure out what/where it is, but also it appears to have a weird galaxy/nebula graphic in upper/right area? DMacks (talk) 19:54, 15 May 2011 (UTC)

Delete It happens to be the Rockefeller Center. The statue is the same one that is here. That being said, the image is of poor quality, at a bad angle, and has that weird black thing in it (which, for all I know, is someone's watermarking). Since the image I linked to is free, there really isn't any arguement I can make in favor of keeping this image. Sven Manguard Wha? 04:26, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
