Evidence for sockpuppetry:

1. Alb28 is a new account with an experienced editor. User:Alb28 began his first edit just 10 days ago, beginning with a lengthy POV edit to Manuel Zelaya, indicative at least a user with some experience.

2. Alb28 has worked in extremely close concert with User:190.53.244.15. For example: the very same day a BLP-problem article Financial irregularities during the Manuel Zelaya administration was created by Alb28, it was agressively defended and wikilinked in another article by 190.53.244.15.

3. User:190.53.244.15 has a history of being associated with suspected sockpuppetry. User:Mangojuice placed the {{sockpuppet}} investigation template on their page on 23 August 2009.

Evidence for disruption:

1. User:190.53.244.15 has been warned and blocked for disruptive activity. Per User_talk:190.53.244.15, this user has received several warnings and a block for disruptive editing before.

2. User:190.53.244.15 was recently reported to AN3RR by me. Link to report here; Closing admin noted link in AN/I re: Alb28 covered in next point.

3. User:Alb28 was reported to BLP by User:Cathar11, then AN/I by User:Martin451, for BLP violation, edit warring, and possible sockpuppetry. BLP report. AN/I report, which was unfortunately archived before any action was taken on it.
