I came across this through some CSD requests on Commons. See c:File:Gepind Panganiban Requierme.jpg and c:File:Gepind P. Requierme.jpg. These images led me two several identical sandboxes on en-wiki: User:Samarthvohra/Sample page, User:Fellydino/Sample page, User:Republic of west nelwon/Sample page, User:IFreezeALot/Sample page, User:Itcpeproject/Sample page and User:Gepind2024/Sample page.

Same pattern and same spam. I suspect there might be more. ─ The Aafī (talk) 13:22, 17 January 2024 (UTC)

• Fortunately there's a much simpler explanation: Gepind2024 (talk · contribs) modified Help:Introduction/main sandbox, which is used in subst when creating the sandbox. Gepind2024 is, however, most likely Gepind (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki), who was previously blocked for promotion. As they seem to have not learnt their lesson and remain in only engaging in promotional editing, I've indeffed them. Closing. DatGuy^Talk_Contribs 13:56, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
