Both made the same type of edits to the same page, and the same type of page. Many pages about LGBT Rights in certain countries are constantly being vandalized. I would request that all pages concerning LGBT Rights in certain countries are autoconfirmed-protected. Adotchar| reply here 22:48, 31 October 2016 (UTC)

A bit after the oldest known account (which isn't that old) was blocked, this vandalism-only account is created, adding the contents of either Borat or Borat Sagdiyev to Brüno. The film is also one that Sacha Baron Cohen acted in. Dat GuyTalkContribs 21:49, 4 November 2016 (UTC)

  • All blocked; still looking at one more pretty closely.   Clerk assistance requested: Please move this to PhoenixS15 and tag accordingly. Thanks. Katietalk 23:47, 4 November 2016 (UTC)
  • Katie, Snowyfantasy is not registered.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:53, 4 November 2016 (UTC)
  • @Bbb23: I see that here, but it's showing up in the CU log so I listed it. I doublechecked. Amanda found it too and it's redlinked in her list in the check she ran yesterday. Katietalk 23:57, 4 November 2016 (UTC)
  • I've never listed an unregistered account. It's not even a zero-edit account. Can't be blocked. In my view, listing it here is confusing. Someone (me, for example) will think you misspelled the account name.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:00, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
  • @Bbb23: Fair enough - I removed it. I'm emailing you. Stand by. Katietalk 00:07, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
  • Unregistered accounts (confusingly) do show up in the CU data, but since they didn't make it through whatever throttle stopped them, we don't list them at SPI. Sometimes they inadvertently show up here, unfortunately. ;) —DoRD (talk) 02:10, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
  • Interesting, I've always listed them on purpose to show more behavior patterns. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 05:13, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
  • How does it "show more behavior patterns"? The fact that they attempted to create another account? Not to mention that all you have is technical data - you have no behavior at all. The same is true for sleeper accounts, but at least those accounts could edit in the future, so blocking them in certain cases may make sense.--Bbb23 (talk) 12:56, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
  • Well, username patterns are a kind of behavioral evidence... GABgab 14:36, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
  • In this instance, username patterns are of no help. First, there is no pattern. Second, the idea behind username patterns is it's some evidence why another account with a similar username should be blocked. If there were a username pattern here, the only evidence it would be, just as I said before, is that the individual attempted to create another account. I assume, based on the technical data, we know that anyway, and I see no value to listing it.--Bbb23 (talk) 12:59, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

  • These accounts are   Confirmed to each other and all the socks listed above and, by that big technical coincidence I mentioned up above, to Charlesvvvv:
  • All blocked. If we're still on hold here because we're trying to confirm if Charlesvvvv is the master, that's fine, but he's on the same range with the same device and I don't believe he's not involved. Katietalk 16:29, 15 November 2016 (UTC)

Same exact vandalism to war-related articles (see 1, 2). Both accounts are indefinitely blocked; creating this SPI to document the event and for record-keeping. Will leave SPI open for a clerk to review and close. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 02:12, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

  •     CheckUser requested and endorsed by clerk - The usernames suggest throwaway accounts, so other socks may exist. Please check to identify potential sleepers. Sir Sputnik (talk) 02:41, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
  • Nothing I can report here (I see one related account, but the username has been globally suppressed). Courcelles (talk) 04:09, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
  • Nothing left to do here. Tagging and closing. Sir Sputnik (talk) 04:23, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
I've re-opened this SPI and have added Zyzyzywwzz to the list. This is another account that I just found and have blocked - it was created less than an hour ago and was in progress with disrupting articles. The similar edits clearly show that this user is connected to the other two accounts here. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 07:35, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
If I was supposed to start a new SPI instead of changing the template and re-opening, please let me know and accept my apologies in advance for screwing up. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 07:35, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

Some of these have been tagged as EnglishEfternamn by Callanecc...maybe, but only if EnglishEfternamn is PhoenixS15. Callanecc and zzuuzz, I will email to the checkusers' mailing list with more info so we can discuss.
