Looking at each of the editors' contributions (Puppeteerman901 and Ath3aterg33k4ever and the histories of the Alex Nahon article and its AfD discussion, you see two accounts that have made no material edits outside this single topic (specifically, only a user talk page and a redirect), and have voiced identical positions at the AfD.
