The scope of this article fundamentally is loosely defined as all articles and sections relating to Eluru. Almost all of these will be (eventually) categorized under Category:Eluru and Category:India

- Creation of a generally standard look and feel for all Eluru-related article
- To produce as many Featured Articles as possible related to Eluru.
- To produce as many Good Articles as possible related to Eluru.
- To improve Wikipedia coverage of Eluru related articles by adding, expanding and improving.
