Though this image is subject to copyright I, the uploader (WillMak050389), feel it is covered by WP:FU in Extreme Days because:

1. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD;
2. Copies of this image could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD on another medium;
3. The image is described in the article (Extreme Days) solely to describe the DVD and nothing else.
