English: Logarithmic map of pitches corresponding to line segments on the diagonal of the golden rectangle. With t = length of a line segment, the intervals are computed as −300log(t)/log(φ). Red dots indicate the 'Egyptian' pentatonic mode (Zeitler thaptitonic 2642, Ring scale 1189), blue dots the 'blues minor' mode (Zeitler epathitonic 2378, Ring scale 1321).
