Orbital planes have been altered with similar artistic license to line up planets and dwarf planets in separate rows. Ordering is properly shown by mean distance from the Sun (Pluto can be closer than Neptune, but its average distance is farther).
NOTE: Also, the direction of lighting onto the planets is not accurately represented, as the Sun is diagramed on the left.
