Nafsika Antypas is a Greek-Canadian author, executive producer, vegan activist, and entrepreneur.[1] She is best known for her work on the television series "Plant-Based by Nafsika" and as the founder of the vegan food brand, Nafsika’s Garden.[2]
Career
In 2014, Antypas set up a non-profit organization called People Against Violence.[3]
Antypas served as the creator, writer, and executive producer of the television series "Plant-Based by Nafsika."[4][5][6] The show, which premiered in late 2015, became the first vegan lifestyle series to air on mainstream television (A&E).[4][7] She also founded Nafsika’s Garden in late 2018.[4][2]
In 2020, Nicholas Alahverdian scammed Nafsika Antypas of about $30,000US.[8] Alahverdian was hired for marketing and booking guests for her TV show.[9][10]
