Note: If you see a red link for the new (UTC) date, click on it to create the new (blank) date page and paste the following line:

without a news item, and click "Publish changes". Then the regular box should appear. Immediately click the "edit" link on the right side of the box to access a special annotated edit page with further instructions/guidelines on adding news items.
