CamelCase is not used for every iteration of the word "checkuser". Based on past discussion:

A checkuser (capitalized at the start of a sentence),
... has the checkuser (always lowercase) user right,
... which lets them use the CheckUser tool.

(The checkuser user right refers narrowly to the one that lets a user Check the IP addresses and other information of user accounts. The checkuser user group in fact has access to eight other permissions, and so it is rarely correct to refer just to the one right on its own.)
