Criteria
GIEB is awarded as part of editor retention efforts. An editor who had experienced a bumpy start, but striving to learn about inner dynamics and best practices of Wikipedia on the fly, now shows signs of significant daily improvements in their contribution, is eligible for the Greatly Improved Editor Barnstar.Usage
To use this Barnstar template, create a new section on the user talkpage of the user you want to give the award to, and add {{subst:The Greatly Improved Editor's Barnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}}
to the talk page of the user to whom you wish to award it.
