{{Israel populations}} allows for the population of any Israeli locality to be updated from a single location. To use it on an article, enter the template {{Israel populations|Placename}} for the population (use the CBS placename, which you can find in the template by opening it for editing). You can also enter the year by using {{Israel populations|Year}} and a reference by {{Israel populations|reference}}. This will work in both the infobox and prose.
The data is taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics website, which is updated annually. Current data is 2022.
When updating the figures, also update the year (at the top).
