Template:NFL expansion draft entry/doc

This template creates entries for an NFL expansion draft table. It should be used in conjunction with the templates in the #See also section. The template was adapted from {{NFL team draft entry}}, which is used for NFL team college drafts.

Usage

from: the team from which the player was selected.
player: the player's name (first then last).
position: the player's primary position on his previous team.
games: the number of NFL regular seasons the player had participated in prior to the expansion draft.
seasons: the number of NFL regular seasons the aforementioned games were part of.
college: the player's college.
notes: if player did not make the expansion team's active roster, include brief explanatory notes (i.e., "Retired prior to regular season" or "Waived during pre-season").
ref: include references for table information.
