class: Options are FA, A, GA, B, C, Start, Stub, Dab, Template, Cat, Image, NA. If blank, this will default as Unassessed. Descriptions of the options can be found at Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment. NA is "not applicable".
importance: Options are Top, High, Mid, Low, NA. If blank, this will default as Unknown priority. NA is "not applicable". This is the importance within Miami Dolphins articles according to this scale:

Top	Subject is a must-have for a print encyclopaedia
High	Subject contributes a depth of knowledge
Mid	Subject fills in more minor details
Low	Subject is mainly of specialist interest.

attention: Answer yes if the page needs immediate attention, otherwise remove this line.
needs-infobox: Answer yes if the article needs an infobox, otherwise remove this line.
needs-photo: Answer yes if the article needs a photo, otherwise remove this line.
