Parameters
- name: Name of site
- url: URL of site (place between nonwikis)
- description: its scope, what features it has, differences with WP, innovations, etc.
- sample: Example URL, such as http://mirror.com/ArticleName
- rating: Compliance rating (High, Medium, Low, None)
- compliance: Details of compliance (or lack thereof). List any violations
- contact: Contact information for site owner and/or ISP
- action: Any actions taken
- only-gfdl: Set this to 1 if the site is believed to use text only under the GFDL. This means either:
- They use solely GFDL-only text from before the Wikipedia:Licensing update.
- They use solely dual-licensed text, selecting the GFDL.
- Either way, they don't use any CC-BY-SA-only text (imported from elsewhere).
