Vipin Kumar David is an Indian politician, social worker, and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[1][2] He is currently serving as a member of the 18th Uttar Pradesh Assembly from Etah.[1][2][3]

Early life
Vipin Kumar David was born on 20 April 1970 in Etah to a Lodhi Rajpoot family of Ganga Prasad.[1][2] He married Premlata on 5 January 1995.[2]
Education
Vipin Kumar David completed his education with a Bachelor of Arts at the Delhi University in 1991.[4]
