Allbridge LLC is an American technology company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. It primarily provides high-definition television, internet, and telephone services to commercial properties. Allbridge is one of five certified providers of Free-to-Guest (FTG) TV services for Hilton Worldwide hotels, along with Sonifi Solutions. The company was founded by Dave O'Connell and Tom Conley in 2004 as Bulk TV & Internet, a provider of DirecTV services. In 2018, Marlin Equity Partners acquired and merged Bulk TV & Internet, DCI Design Communications, and Ethostream. Later that year, the combined companies rebranded as Allbridge.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
