Hardinfo2 is a GTK software application for the Linux operating system. More GTK applications can be found on List of GTK applications. It offers system information and benchmark for Linux systems. It is able to obtain information from both hardware and basic software. It can benchmark a system and compare it to other machines online.
It is based on hardinfo, which has not been had a new released in over 10 years.[3]

The hardinfo2 program is distributed in the top Linux distributions [5] [6] [7] The source chain from hardinfo2 packages in these distros point to upstream https://github.com/hardinfo2/hardinfo2.
