Noemi Basiletti (born 11 March 2006) is an Italian professional tennis player. She has a career-high ITF junior combined ranking of No. 43, achieved on 1 January 2024.
Early life
Basiletti is from San Vincenzo, Livorno. Her younger sister, Asia, is also a tennis player.[1] In her youth, she trained at the Associazione Tennis San Vincenzo[2][3] and the Prato Tennis Club.[4] She later trained at the Rafa Nadal Academy until 2024.[5][6]
Junior career
In May 2023, she won the Trofeo Bonfiglio doubles title with partner Gaia Maduzzi.[7]
In June 2024, she reached the doubles quarterfinal of the French Open with partner Joy de Zeeuw. That August, she won both the singles and doubles titles at the J300 Internationaux de Tennis Junior event in Repentigny.[8]
Professional career
In January 2021, Basiletti made her ITF main draw debut as a wildcard at the $15k event in Manacor, but lost in the first round to Carole Monnet.
