Taak or Tak is a surname particularly found in India, mainly in the states of Rajasthan, Panjab & Haryana. It is a clan of Hindu Prajapat Community.[1] [2] [3] [4]Most of the People of this clan are involved in Farming. The Taak clan people originally resided in Birmana, a village in Rajasthan. Later, some of them migrated to the Fazilka district of Panjab, as well as to the Sirsa and Hisar district of Haryana.
