UTTP (Also known as a UTubeTrollPolice) is a Troll Group and Cyberterrorism group mainly on YouTube but also on Twitter and Discord.
They have been known for spamming in YouTube comment sections which includes racism and promotion of pedophilia, and doxxing YouTubers. The UTTP was founded in February 2011 by Southparkstudiosable.[1] In 2024, they started harassing Youtubers in their comment sections by saying "WHO ASKED+L+RATIO+UTTP IS BETTER THAN (youtuber name)". In their Discord server, many of their members possess child pornography.
