Zolve is a financial technology company with headquarters in Bengaluru, India and New York, USA that offers banking services for retail customers. It was founded in 2020 by Raghunandan G. It offers products including banking services, debit and credit cards, virtual cards, Apple Pay, personal loans and other services.
History
Zolve was founded in 2020 by Raghunandan G.[1] as a solution to the unavailability of easy credit for Indians travelling to the USA. Initially, it provided accounts, debit cards and credit cards to students that could be used in the USA.
By 2023, Zolve had over 500,000 users.
Funding
The company raised $40 million in a Series A funding round in 2021 led by Accel and Lightspeed.[2] A year later, Zolve raised a warehouse debt facility of $100 million from US-based impact investor Community Investment Management (CIM).[3]
As of June 2023, Zolve has raised $55 million in total equity funding.
