Elbert Leon Kimbrough (March 24, 1938) is a professional American football player who played safety for seven seasons for the Los Angeles Rams, the San Francisco 49ers, and the New Orleans Saints.[1]
Biography
Elbert Kimbrough was born March 24, 1938, in Galesburg, Illinois. He attended Galesburg High School in that city, where, together with his twin brother Albert, he played football[2] and basketball.[3]
Kimbrough's twin brother Albert also played American football.[4] Albert died in May 2024.[5]
