November, 2007, California, USA) was a self-made American business man who emigrated to United States from Iran in the 60s from his native Iran. Over the years, Mr. Shahbazi embraced the American dream and work ethics, and made it a reality in his life, coming to own and operate a few gas station franchises in California. After having become convinced over the years, specially after the debacle that followed hurricane Katerina, that the major Oil Companies were in effect conspiring to gouge consumers and artificially raise prices at the pumps, Mr. Shahbazi began a controversial, and ultimately fatal, public protest of the oil majors from his Shell Oil franchise. His method included the prominent posting of signs on his station's grounds that openly declared his views and directed interested customers to "see the cashier" for further information, which included 2 page fliers detailing his views, complaints, and ultimately his concern both for the consumer, and the societal order (which he felt would not withstand the $5 per gallon price that he insisted was the predetermined price set for gas by the majors). His protest consequently resulted in legal battles with the Shell Oil Company (US), and ultimately his death, at the age of 65, due to the liver failure that apparently resulted from his 4 month liquid fast following his loss in the courtroom and subsequent loss of his business, and his home. quote: "At his former Marina station - where two years ago he posted a sign that read “Consumers’ pain is Big Oil’s unearned profit!” - customers have erected a memorial of flowers, cards and signs proclaiming love and appreciation. “He was kind, wise and generous beyond imagination,” said Jeffrey Cohen, a Salinas physician who met Shahbazi as a patient and remained a friend for 32 years. “I want people to know that he wasn’t crazy. He used what he felt was the last non-violent method of protest that he could muster. Florence Wald (1917- ) was an American nurse, former dean of Yale School of Nursing, and largely credited as the founder of the U.S. hospice movement Biography Wald was born in New York City in 1917 and received a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a M.N. and M.S. from Yale School of Nursing. She became Dean of Yale School of Nursing in 1959. In 1966, she resigned as Dean in order to study end of life care in Great Britain. Festival Rock y Ruedas de Avándaro

Originally to be held in September 11 & 12 of 1971, was organized in the valley of Avándaro near the city of Toluca, Estado de Mexico, the most important Mexican Rock and Roll festival ever and became know as the Mexican Woodstook. It reunited between 100,000 and 300,000 young people in peace to share and enjoy the music. The Festival was under threat of massive government oppression in one of the most repressive administrations just a few years after the massacre of Tlatelolco in 1968. Still the government had to evacuate stranded attendees en masse at the end of the festival. Was know as Festival Rock y Ruedas de Avándaro because originally the event was supposed to be a sponsored car race with some rock bands. Somebody adviced to the car racer Eduardo Lopez Negrete to include music to make ambient. The organizers decided to consult Armando Molina for further advice. He suggested to include 12 bands and got in touch to the best bands making possible the event. The legacy of Avandaro was the suppression of the Rock in Mexico for several decades. Some parts was filmed by Telesistema Mexicano (today Televisa) but has been missing since. Kumarakoil is a shrine dedicated to Lord Subramaniyar in the name of "Kumara Peruman", so the shrine called as Kumarakoil. The temple situated in a fine environment of green paddy fields, a river running back of the temple named "Chitra river", temple is coming under Elangi Panchayat, Tenkasi Taluk, and Tirunelveli District. It is 4 kms from Tenkasi, 2.5 kms from Kutralam falls. Temple having a historic old tradition era, but founded year till not confirmed, in 1409 B.C. king Kulasekhra Pandian performed some maintenance and expansion work, it is confirmed through sculptures founded in 1911. Temple inscriptions was found in Thiruchendur Puranam, Thirukutrala thala puranam, subramaniya parakiramam. Biography Robert A Paquin III was born on June 15th 1984 to Kelley and Robert Paquin (Jr.) He was raised in Warwick, RI where he attended Toll Gate High School. He attended the University of Rhode Island in 2002 and studied Political Science and The Community College of Rhode Island for Marketing. At the University of Rhode Island, Paquin seved on the Student Senate as well as the School Radio Station WRIU. In 2006 he founded Rp3 Productions, a local Marketing and Promotions Firm in Providence, RI. Radio, a radio station based in Birmingham, broadcasting nationally throughout the United Kingdom. He he also responsible for some of the most influential Unsigned metal bands in the UK and is now working in conjunction with producer Pete Styles on a new recording band named Author. Earlier Life Alex Baker was born and raised in Finchley in North London. From the age of 6 he learnt to play a range of musical instruments including: Piano; drums; guitar; bass and has achieved an Associated Board Grade 8 as a flutist. Alex Baker's dedication to music saw him tour to Italy with an orchestra before the age of 15. Alex Baker has been the founding member of many successful yet unsigned bands through the years including: CCF; Disembowel; Ten Fold Truth; Cause For Concern; Hex; Innate and State Of Serenity. Whilst in these bands he supported mainstream acts such as: Bring Me The Horizon, Caliban, Knuckledust, Martyr AD, Zao, Chimaira, Eden Maine, CryForSilence, Lost Prophets, Arch Enemy, Walls of Jericho and many more. In 2003 Alex Baker began his 3 year degree in Philosophy at Red Brick University: The University Of Birmingham where he achieved a BAhons 2:1 Degree. Following this he pursued his love for music down two avenues: bands and radio presenting/producing. Present Life Alex Baker currently works alongside Nick Margerrison and Junior Producer Amy Jones on The Night Before - the evening show on Kerrang! Radio broadcasting between 10pm and 1am Sunday to Thursday. His role on this show is of senior producer. He also co-presents and co-produces - alongside Loz Guest - The Unsigned Show on Kerrang! Puerto Mogan

Rather unlike the rest of the area Puerto Mogan is quit pleasant - white two story houses with bougainvillea, palm trees, bird-of-paradise flowers, hibiscus and beautiful flowers are the main buildings in the center of the harbour. A small beach just beside concludes the picture. Its called Venice of Gran Canaria - a bit over the edge with just a couple of canals, but one can assume the same romantic feeling that you do in the real Venice. A lot of tourist during daytime but very quiet in the evenings, if you like areas like Playa Ingles this is not for you - if you rather want to have a social evening with people that sail around the world try to book at least three nights. The Lahore School of Economics is a private educational institute based in Lahore Pakistan in the Punjab Province. The School was established in 1993 and chartered as a degree awarding body by the Punjab Government in 1997. The university specializes in the fields of economics, business and finance and is considered one of the premier business schools of Pakistan. It is also noted for having a strong faculty with a focus on both educationalists and lecturers belonging to the business and commerce fields. History The Lahore School was established in 1993 by a group of entrepreuners and educationalists. The most prominant member of the Board of Governers is Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhary who also acts as the Rector to the university. In 1997 the Punjab Government awarded the school degree granting authority and announced the Governor of Punjab as the patron of the university. Since that time, the various schools and departments of the university have expanded to host a diverse and multinational faculty and student body. Campuses The Lahore School has two campuses in Lahore. Its old campus is located in the centre of Lahore, whereas its newly constructed main campus is on the outskirts of Lahore. The university offers undergraduate and graduate programmes at both campuses catering to over 2000 students. Student base and Degree Programs The university has a wide student base (over 2000 students are enrolled at any given time) which consists predominantly of pakistani nationals, mostly from Lahore, Karachi and other metropolis cities of Pakistan. The student body consists of both undergraduate and graduate level students. The school offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programmes under the auspicies of its various departments. The undergraduate programme focuses on degrees specializing in Business Adminstration, Economics, Finance and Media Studies, whereas the graduate curriculam includes an extensive Full and Part-Time MBA programme, Masters degrees in Economics, Finance and a PHd programme. The school also provides a chance to study abroad with various colloborations with international universities, most notably in Turkey. Summary Brianna Martina Alvarez was the first Hispanic student to participate in the Georgia State Spelling Bee. Early Life Alvarez was born on April 29, 1991 in Humana Hospital in Snellville, Georga. it was all downhill from there. she soon moved to Ellijay, Georgia with her mother, and later became the older sister of two dreadful little girls. Championing the Spelling Bee Brianna read a lot. therefore, she knew how to spell a vast majority of the words in the english language. at age 12, she won the school-wide, county-wide, and district-wide spelling bees, moving on to the state level. Unfortunately, nerves got the best of her, and she lost. Future Plans Alvarez plans to attend Glasgow University in Scotland with her best friend, the fantasmagorical Kathleen Warrell. Although many people are unaware of this fact, Warrell is the true Queen of England and has conquered the Earth more than 47 times. Warrell currently suffers from a strange infection on her leg, and may die soon. Cars There are three main types of cars. Performance Cars, Muscle Cars, and Hot Rods. Each with three to four cars. Some examples are Wyverne (Performance Car), (Muscle Car), and Phantom (Hot Rod). Arenas There are 15 Arenas in Totaled!. 5 in North America, one in South America, three in Europe, three in Asia and one in Australia. Each arena is inspired by real world locations. Some include:Kobe Tunnel, Lightning Ridge Raceway, Cedar City Stunt park, Rio Raceway, St. Raphael Stadium, and Semara Race Arena. Game Types There's 5 main types of games.
