Andreas Raymond Dombret (born January 16, 1960 in the USA) is the Vice Chairman of Bank of America in Europe and Head of Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2005.

Andreas Dombret has the German as well as the American citizenship.

Education

Upon completion of his baccalaureate, Andreas Dombret studied Economics at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster. He earned his doctorate degree at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nürnberg where he wrote his dissertation on Takeover Premiums in M&A-Transactions at the chair of Professor Dr. Wolfgang Gerke. For many years, he was a visiting lecturer at the chair for Banking and Finance and taught courses in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Career

Since 2005, Andreas Dombret is the Vice Chairman of Bank of America in Europe as well as Head of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prior to joining Bank of America, Dr. Dombret was a Managing Director and the Co-Head of Rothschild Germany. Prior to this, he spent 10 years with JP Morgan in London and in Frankfurt, and was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division covering German clients. Andreas Dombret began his career at the headquarters of Deutsche Bank.

Honorary Posts

Andreas Dombret is a member of the Board of Trustees and the Advisory Board of Center for Financial Studies at the University of Frankfurt, Konvent für Deutschland, Association for Banking Apprenticeship within the Federal Association of German Banks, Atlantikbrücke, Euroforum, as well as the Schirn Art Gallery in Frankfurt, the Frankfurt Cultural Committee and the Austrian Banking Association. Furthermore, Andras Dombret is a member of the International Banks’ Commission within the Federal Association of German Banks, Association for Government Relations and Corporate and Business Law of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany and the Management Board of Deutsche Aktieninstitut. Dr. Dombret is also the Co-Editor of the journal Zeitschrift für das gesamte Kreditwesen and is a member of numerous supervisory boards.

In 2007, Dr. Dombret was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit.

Many years ago in the hidden leaf village young baby Naruto sat alone in his bed for the first time, and now it would be this way forever. The calm and tranquil Village Hidden in the Leaves was attacked that night. Yet not by a different village but there were attacked by a daunting nine-tailed fox. Naruto's father Yondaime, the fourth hokage (Naruto & his generation don’t know this until later in the series.) sealed the nine-tailed fox in his own child. Yondaime died to save the village his loved. He was knighted the honor of the fourth hokage. His only family was killed, he had no one, only himself.

Left an orphan, Naruto struggles as a child. Inside him lurks the powerful feared, Nine-tailed fox demon (he does not discover this until maybe the third of fourth episode.) This is because the third hokage demands that anyone who speaks the demon inside Naruto will be punished. The third Hokage wants Naruto to be accepted by his generation not as a monster but a person. The adults talk about Naruto quietly. The children get this from there parents as well, Naruto often played alone, and had few friends. Naruto cried and cried, but saw he was getting no were .Naruto began to enter the academy for Ninja the same age as every one else acting the same as everyone else. Like hoykage wanted, none of the children knew on the demon inside young Naruto.

Pin Cushion is the name of a widely known character on ragnarok online and head of the unity guild. Pin goes to pvp and whines until he has a party just to pvp fight with... and needs 2 - 3 sl to kaite spam! (and still looses the fight). As for anything within unity pin says his whole guild is legit... wich we all know is so true!

James Courtney was the son of John Courtney and Ellen Kane. He was born on the 15 February 1888 at Timaru, in the South Island of New Zealand. Courtney moved to Auckland and he married Elizabeth Amy Cartwright in 1911, they had one daughter Joyce Dean Courtney, who was born in 1921. At the time of his marriage, James Courtney was a Police Officer at the Newton Police Station in Auckland and when he was called up for service he was a farmer at Mapiu, in the King Country of the North Island.

James Courtney rose to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 2nd Battalion of the Wellington Regiment in World War 1.

His first feat of gallantry in the field occurred at the beginning of July 1916 in France. No Mans Land wiring was one of the infantryman's most important and dangerous duties. Sergeant James Courtney, he was later to become Lieutenant Courtney, was in command of a wiring party when hostile machine gun fire was directed at them. Two men were killed and two were wounded. Courtney ordered the remainder of the party back, he himself carrying one of the wounded men. The other walked in by himself, but in ignorance of this Courtney went out again with the stretcher-bearers to find him. He found the body of one of the dead men and brought it in. Then finally he went out to search the ground to ensure no one was left in No Man's Land. All this was done under continuous heavy machine gun fire and whilst he was negotiating his own wiring.

Courtney was awarded the Military Cross for marked gallantry and able leadership. On the 4th of November 1918 during his units operations near Villereau, Courtney was in charge of a leading platoon when the advance was held up by machine gun fire, he personnally reconnoitred forward, and then leading a party of his own men to the flank, rushed the machine gun, killing a number of the crew and taking the remainder prisoners, also capturing the gun. The capture of the gun saved many casualties.

James Courtney was the son of John Courtney and Ellen Kane. He was born on the 15 February 1888 at Timaru, in the South Island of New Zealand. Courtney moved to Auckland and he married Elizabeth Amy Cartwright in 1911, they had one daughter Joyce Dean Courtney, who was born in 1921. At the time of his marriage, James Courtney was a Police Officer at the Newton Police Station in Auckland and when he was called up for service he was a farmer at Mapiu, in the King Country of the North Island.

James Courtney rose to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 2nd Battalion of the Wellington Regiment in World War 1.

His first feat of gallantry in the field occurred at the beginning of July 1916 in France. No Mans Land wiring was one of the infantryman's most important and dangerous duties. Sergeant James Courtney, he was later to become Lieutenant Courtney, was in command of a wiring party when hostile machine gun fire was directed at them. Two men were killed and two were wounded. Courtney ordered the remainder of the party back, he himself carrying one of the wounded men. The other walked in by himself, but in ignorance of this Courtney went out again with the stretcher-bearers to find him. He found the body of one of the dead men and brought it in. Then finally he went out to search the ground to ensure no one was left in No Man's Land. All this was done under continuous heavy machine gun fire and whilst he was negotiating his own wiring.

Courtney was awarded the Military Cross for marked gallantry and able leadership. On the 4th of November 1918 during his units operations near Villereau, Courtney was in charge of a leading platoon when the advance was held up by machine gun fire, he personnally reconnoitred forward, and then leading a party of his own men to the flank, rushed the machine gun, killing a number of the crew and taking the remainder prisoners, also capturing the gun. The capture of the gun saved many casualties.

Founded by Joseph Sharp, president and owner of Yule Tree Farms in Canby, Oregon and the Schudel Family, owners of Holiday Tree Farms in Corvallis, Oregon in August 2007, the Coalition of Environmentally Conscious Growers(TM) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) dedicated to sustainable farming and consumer education. Certification Process - Executive Summary

Objective

The intent of the certification process for the Coalition for Environmentally Conscious Growers is to ensure that growers are utilizing sustainable farming practices in the production of Christmas trees.

Growers will be evaluated by an independent third auditor using the program elements outlined in this document.


Maintaining Certification

The Coalition of Environmentally Conscious Growers certification is valid for three years. All participants are subject to annual site evaluations that include a performance overview focusing on any significant alterations in management practices that could affect the continued validity of certification. Satisfactory progress in meeting any deficiencies in program elements or requirements is confirmed during the annual evaluation.


Elements

• Riparian/Wetland Management – The focus of this element is on the measures taken and management practices employed to protect areas adjoining streams and waterways to and their inhabitants. The prevention of adverse impacts is accomplished through the design and management of the riparian zone buffers, vegetative cover, and by minimizing stream channel disturbances.

• Soil and Water Conservation – The goal must be to minimize soil losses through conservation tillage and other erosion control practices. Responsible farmland management does not rely exclusively on buffer zones. Some soil loss is unavoidable, creating the need for sediment traps and diversions to control run-off water flows through and off the farm.

• Nutrient Management – Proper nutrition is critical the producing a healthy, viable crop. Care needs to be taken to use the proper fertilizers and amendments to provide for the needs of the trees while not applying in excess so that it ends up in waterways.

• Site Selection – Careful consideration of the growing site is important for a successful Christmas tree crop. Soil type, organic content, slope, drainage, climate, and altitude are some of the key factors in considering a new field.

• Pest Management – Misuse of chemicals can lead to waterway and soil contamination making it important for growers to carefully look at how they manage pests. Implementation of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is criteria step in environmental protection. While such a program does not exclude the use of chemicals, it includes careful pest monitoring and identification, determining acceptable pest thresholds, and treatment with the least toxic products.

• Worker Safety and Protection – A key part to a raising quality Christmas trees is a healthy, productive staff. Employee safety and well-being is always a priority.

• Biodiversity – Sustainable farming also include practices that support and enhance biodiversity throughout the farm. Soil micro fauna, such as bacteria and fungi, break down soil organic matter and help maintain soil quality while recycling nutrients. Many insects are beneficial and prey on agricultural pests. Increasing biodiversity on the farm not only benefits wildlife but also the farm itself.

• Consumer Education – Most of the general population does not understand farming practices, especially that of Christmas trees and how they are good for the environment. The public needs to be informed of sustainable practices that promote the best care of the land, water, air, and nature in general and understand that renewable, recyclable crops are the key to the future.
