WP:FRINGE theory promotion sourced almost entirely to one person's pesudoarcheological writings. The only independent source is a two-paragraph Atlas Obscura listing which is not WP:SIGCOV. No evidence in WP:BEFORE of passing WP:GNG or any applicable SNG. Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 13:53, 22 May 2018 (UTC)

  • Delete per proposal. The site itself isn't notable if not for the fringe theory. Nanophosis (talk) 18:24, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Comment An NPOV article could be written on stone-walled ruins in the Mpumalanga escarpment. See, e.g. [1], [2], [3], but this current speculation about one does not seem to me to be the basis for one as I am finding no reliable source material about it specifically. 24.151.50.175 (talk) 19:34, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Blaauboschkraal stone ruins appears to be the stub of a provincial heritage site (South Africa) nearby. 24.151.50.175 (talk) 20:41, 22 May 2018 (UTC) Redirect to that article on the strength of this Amazon book reviewer's reasoning: [4] "So if you've been searching for "Adam's Calendar" or "Enki's Calendar" or "Inzalo y’Langa", what you're actually looking at is the Blaauboschkraal stone ruins, a minor ruin from the Bokoni civilization of the 15-18th century." 24.151.50.175 (talk) 21:48, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Delete Not notable, maybe a brief mention in another article, but not standalone.Slatersteven (talk) 12:49, 23 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Strong Keep Merge to Blaauboschkraal stone ruins. Possibly rename. The very old stone structure in Mpumalanga is significant - very significant. The "Adam's Calendar" moniker is perhaps questionable, though widely used (also used - stone circle(s) in Mpumalanga, or African Stonehenge). Relevant SNGs are WP:GEOFEAT and WP:GEOLAND (as an abandoned human settlement/building of some sort). Passes GNG. Book by Wits University Press - Forgotten World: The Stone Walled Settlements of the Mpumalanga Escarpment. Other coverage - [5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]. There is also a museum - [14]. There are also quite a few hits of relevant articles in google scholar Mpumalanga "stone circles".Icewhiz (talk) 13:48, 23 May 2018 (UTC) Agree with redirect target suggested above. I do think we should mention the fringe theory and museum, briefly, there.Icewhiz (talk) 19:04, 23 May 2018 (UTC)
The difficulty is mentioning fringe ideas in a stub article without violating WP:UNDUE and/or WP:PROFRINGE. As for the "museum", it is apparently promotional: "Consisting of a small country bistro, bar, bookshop AND museum, Michael aims to turn Stone Circle Bistro into a place where new-age thinkers meet and share ideas, and host regular talks and events with fascinating guest speakers." [15]. All that said, it might be a good idea to list the alternative names "(also referred to as Adam's Calendar, Enki's Calendar and Inzalo y’Langa)" in the article so that it shows up in Google searches for those names. 24.151.50.175 (talk) 16:10, 24 May 2018 (UTC)
