Denied. Frankly, I don't see how you're ready to run a bot. Over half your edits are to your own userspace, and half the rest seem to come from not using the preview button; this does not show the familiarity with Wikipedia and its policies that is required of a bot operator. In addition, your userpage indicates that you are a "beginning Python programmer", yet you intend to take on one of the most difficult and thankless tasks on Wikipedia with no explanation of how you intend to do it (or how you intend to improve on ClueBot, VoABot II, and the rest). This does not indicate the required level of technical skill required of a bot operator.
You seem to be in a hurry to gain "authority" here on Wikipedia, as you also had a failed RFA just before this bot request. Better would be to just concentrate on doing a good job as a normal user and let others nominate you for authority when they think you're ready. If you really want to get into writing bots, start with something much simpler. Then include details of how your bot will operate (as opposed to just what you intend it to do) along with a link to the source code in a future BRFA. Anomie⚔ 20:48, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
