Successors of this sculptor are known to file lawsuits against derivative works used commercially as per commons:Category:Statue of the Little Mermaid (Copenhagen) instructions. • Article cleaned, still needs a history purge to remove original copyvio. Stub'd. It became apparent that cited text was copied and pasted from that respective source.
