Originally tagged G12 but the original author (now blocked for their username) has an user name linking them to the source and given the IPs addition are from the same source it seems likely the IP editor is the same user (or at least from the same organisation).   • Re-tagged. This is still too close to the source in my opinion. The second and third sentences of the first paragraph are identical to the source, while the first sentence and a half of the second paragraph is also identical with the last half of the second paragraph only slightly different.
