I am reporting user Asian2duracell in regards to his coninuous sock puppeting, trolling, and personal attacks towards myself and others. My first mode of action was to engage him in civil dialogue (from user to user). Since that did not work a third party had monitored the situation to try to difuse the tension on Dravidian people. With Asian2duracell not complying my next step was to ask for advice at the Administrator's Noticeboard. I was then directed to report to the Mediation Cabal where I had reported Asian2duracell for his behavior. Since then, I haven't heard from them. So, finally, now I am reporting to you. Also, this user has been blocked twice before in violation of the 3RR.

Personal & Uncivil Attacks

Also, below is a list of times this user has engaged in personal attacks towards me. He is making me feel uncomfortable on Wikipedia by assuming what ethnic background I am in his personal attacks and name calling. Also, referring to me as a “boy”. He is also making personal attacks towards me and worse attacks in Tamil on another user’s talk page. Furthermore, he has attacked other users including the use of foul language.

Do we really need that...

My polite response & warnings to Asian2duracell

User Asian2duracell has failed in the past to listen to the several polite warnings. He has also been blocked on 10:04, 10 January 2007 by admin for vandalism and a 3RR violation. This user needs to be blocked from further editing. It seems that he does not take advise and warnings seriously and is adamant on his POVs and forcing them down people's throats, thus making Wikipedia his propoganda machine. Instead of contributing to these pages, he engages in racially motivated personal attacks, foul language, and constant sock puppeting. He is not participating in legitimate problem solving debate with other users, but attacks. Furthermore, most of his posts often contradict each other. Therefore, with all these put together, it shows that he is involved in trolling.

From myself, Wiki Raja to [user:Asian2duracell|Asian2duracell]]: In the first place there are no quotes which are "Arocentric".
 I am not saying that Tamils are directly African, or European, or Asian, or what not. Just like the people of Northern India
 are not considered Iranians from Iran, but they are related to the people of Iran. Likewise with the Tamils and other Dravidians,
 there are a lot of similarities between us(including myself who is also an ethnic Tamil) and the people of East Africa and
 Australia in certain physical features, customs, and religion. As an educational pointer, before Hinduism was introduced to
 the early Dravidians our ancestors practiced Animism which was a form of nature worship by the early Nagas and
 Yakshas. Animism is also practiced amongst the aboriginals of Australia and in some parts of Africa. In southern India there
 have been found many types of weapons excavated called Valaris [[1]]
 which resemble the boomerangs used in Australia. Also in certain parts of Kerala and Sri Lanka you will find aboriginal
 Veddas [[2]] [[3]]. These are facts that we
 cannot run away from, even if some of us are ashamed of it or not. As for putting sources in regards to the similarities the
 Dravidians share with the groups from Africa and Australia, there is nothing controversial about that. It almost
 sounds like in your messages that African culture is bad, negative, and perhaps inferior. Live and let live. We are all
 created equal even though we may all be of different ethnicities. Therefore, in my quotes, we are all one race, and that is

 you on this since I warn those who break the rules of Wikipedia and mistreat others including 
myself. Also, regarding
 those whose opinions may differ from mine at times, I have had open dialogue with them and resolved any
 misunderstandings. Furthermore, I have also had open dialogue with ARYAN818   here including with you  here, here,
 and here. As for  Vandh, I have had open dialogue with him here and with an anonymous user who started posting the same date
 as Vandh here.
 However, with the latter three users, have had nothing but insults, acusations, name calling, personal attacks, and
 arrogance from all three of you. It seems the further I discuss things in a logical way with you all, it just gets worse.

 Dravidian since we have the Mon-Khmers of Assam, Nagaland, Manipur and other states of Eastern India. I disagree with
 you that "Untouchables" are not Dravidian, since there are "Untouchables" throughout the sub-continent, or at
 least within the borders of India. Answer to your question about South-Indians getting ripped off of our Culture and
 Language, Sangam literature such as the Purunanuru, Silappadikaram, Manimekalai, Thirukkural
 are being forgotten. By the way, on the Dravidian people page, Sangam literature is described as
 "Tamil lore". WOuld we consider the Vedas of the Indo-Aryans just a simple folk lore? or the writings of
 Shakespere, Ovid, or Homer who wrote the Illiad simple folk lore? I don't think so. Also, there is a tendency to
 credit the mythological character of Agastya for teaching the Dravidians how to read, write, think, fight, and even
 speak! Furthermore, Sanskrit has been given higher priority than the indigenous languages of Tamil, Kannada,
 Telugu, and Malayalam. I am in no way putting Sanskrit down or any other language, culture, or history down.
 I am just answering your questions. There was literally a fist fight in parliament back in 2004 over getting
 Tamil to be recognized as the second classical language of India. The accepting of caste system discrimination.
 Ex: after the tsunami, "Untouchables" were forced to wait at the back of the line for aid and pick up dead
 bodies.[4] Discrimination against Dalits (Untouchables) during the tsunami 
relief took place in both Tamil Nadu and
 Kerala There is much more I can say, but that would be a book. Yes, I do make
 mention of East Africans and native Australians of the possiblity of a connection with the Dravidians thousands of years ago
 in regards to anthropology. There is evidence in ancient Tamil literature such as the Silappadikaram
 and Manimekalai, mother nature which was the 2004 tsunami (this was the fourth tsunami in the history of South Asia, and 
archeological evidence of sunken cities (for example the 7 pagodas of Mammalapuram (Mahabalipuram - Sanskritzed name),
 6 of which are buried in the Bay of Bengal)[5]

 time, I'm going to ask you to refrain from yelling in your messages (typing in all caps) and using abusive curse

Conclusion

With Asian2duracells strong POVs he insists in continuous reversions and deletions from the Tamil people, Dravidian people, and Black people pages. When engaged in polite debateable discussion, he resorts to insults, foul language, and racially motivated slurs. When warned, he accuses and rebukes me. When he is reported, he sends threatening messages to our talk pages. During all these, he continues with his vandalism and trolling of these three pages. Asian2duracel has proven himself to be a troll, sockpuppet, and a vandal. All of these to which constitute to being a trouble maker and a hinderance to further editing and contributions made by other users to Wikipedia.
