@C.Koltzenburg:It is always messy, but what is important is that we are acknowledging the prior attributions, I suggest you translate on your page and then incorporate the changes to the main article, then ping me I'll work with you on getting the attributions in order (options include an article talk subpage for the prior attributions). I don't want to get blocked or banned because I contradicted a sysop who falsely claimed de:The Swiss Commission for UNESCO is writen in Klingon. I asked here because a fellow administrator asked on the administrator's requests if the article written in english language by the official account of The Swiss Commission for UNESCO could be moved into the appropriate Wikipedia, which in my eyes for an article in english language is en-WP.
