- Evidence
- This account is the most recent in a series of sockpuppets of blocked user User:AlexLevyOne, prior incarnations having been User:Elsass3, User:AlexandreLevy, User:NORD74, User:VingtSix and User:XXVI. User:WALL STREET was created the day after User:XXVI was blocked as a puppet. Like the other accounts, this user provides cryptic edit summaries (or more often, none at all), displays an interest in French cinema and television and certain obscure articles such as Galerie W and Marc Zermati, and engages in persistent and sometimes disruptive editing. While the edits to date are not particuarly distressing, in its short life this account has already been involved in an (unremarked) edit war, see [Kurt Cobain], and there are bound to be more to come. See WP:Suspected_sock_puppets/AlexLevyOne and WP:Suspected_sock_puppets/AlexLevyOne(2nd) for more details.
- Comments
- Since this user simply creates a new account whenever one is blocked (or, sometimes, just whenever one attracts negative attention) would an RFCU to attempt to uncover an underlying IP be of any use at all? Deor (talk) 12:25, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
- Conclusions
- Recommend WP:RfCU to uncover the underlying IPs of this veteran socker. Enigma message 21:28, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
