This template generates external links into the United States Geological Survey's Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature.

Usage

First parameter (id): The first parameter specifies the feature's identifying number. Alternatively, the number can be specified using id=.; {{Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature | ID }}; {{Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature | id= ID }}

Second parameter (name): If supplied, the second parameter specifies the feature's name, which is used as the anchor text for the external link. Alternatively, the name can be specified using name=. If no name is supplied, the article name is used. Note: This template wraps {{cite encyclopedia}}, and accepts any parameter that it does, e.g., |access-date=
