Template:Non breaking en dash/doc

This template inserts the code <syntaxhighlight lang="text" class="" style="" inline="1">–</syntaxhighlight>, producing a U+2013 – EN DASH (–) with a U+200D ZERO WIDTH JOINER (‍) on each of its sides. This prevents line break at the endash.
Usage
This can be used, for example, to prevent line break as in:
2020–2022 |
→ | 2020– 2022 |
Using {{nbnd}} (or its aliases: {{nbndash}},{{Non breaking en dash}}) between the years force to produce:
2020{{nbnd}}2022→ 2020–20221952{{nbndash}}1960→ 1952–19601860{{Non breaking en dash}}1865→ 1860–1865
