Template:Party name with color is used to produce two adjacent table cells - a colored table cell with a given political party's colors, and a political party's name.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
|1=	The party's name.
|full=	Optional; Set to "1", "y", "yes", or "true" to display the full name of the party without its disambiguation.
|shortname=	Optional; Uses the value of |shortname= as the short name.
|color=	Optional; Uses the value of |color= as the party's color.
|rowspan=	Optional; Spans the rows of the color and the party name by the amount entered.
|no_link=	Optional; Set to "1", "y", "yes", or "true" to disable linking to the party's article.
|dab=	Optional; Set to "1", "y", "yes", or "true" to display the full value of |1=; useful to display party's name with disambiguation.
|abbrev=	Optional; Set to "1", "y", "yes", or "true" to display the party abbreviation, when available.
