This template was created for use by WikiProject Appalachia. It can be used for any application in which something is being voted upon, particularly individuals. While deciding whether or not to use this template, consider whether or not the voted result is within Wikipedia's guidelines and interests.

Parameters

|name=	Name, username, or title of the voting candidate; can be wikilinked	Required
|noR=	If y, yes, or yea: removes "Reasoning" section	Optional
|nobreak= |nobreak1= |nobreak2=	If y, yes, or yea: places the paragraph style information input to |B= and |R= directly following the colon instead of beneath it in a header/text format	Optional
|cr=	"Complex Reasoning", if y, yes, or yea: enables the simultaneous use of paragraph and list style text under the same header. Can be used in conjunction with nobreak parameters	Optional
|B=	Adds paragraph format biographical information, will overrule |Bn= unless Complex reasoning invoked	Optional
|R=	Adds paragraph format reasoning, will overrule |Rn= unless Complex reasoning invoked	Optional
|Bn=	For any number n from 1-15, adds a bullet point under Biographical information, overruled by |B=	Optional
|Rn=	For any number n from 1-15, adds a bullet point under Reasoning, overruled by |R=	Optional
